I have a user who activated his Out of Office Service (OOS) during the holidays....
When he came back, he disabled a few days before that OOS.
Unfortunately, the router was still delivering is OOO message.
When I did look inside his mail db, the OOO was disabled.
Tell router o, give me his database name...
Later I found out that this user had as well the Out of office Agent activated somehow, by our BES Server.
The user should have enabled the OOO from his blackberry as well and our BES server is still in release 4.1.6 running on top of Domino 7.0.3 which doesn't support
the new Out of Office as a service.
I disabled manually that out of office agent.
deleted the Agent.
deleted the OOO Profile document
ran a force design change to the mail db.
After all this the db, was still listed by the tell router o command.
tell router quit
load rourter
tell router o, the db was still listed
send an email to that db...
tell router o, still listed
activated the oos agent
disabled it.
tell router o, still listed
send an email to that db...
tell router o, still listed
the OOS is enabled for the router task, but it doesn't send ooo email message anymore.
Decided to wait, one day to see if the 4 AM Router Maintenance Task will take care of that and this morning it is still listed by the tell router o command.
The Domino Server is running 8.5.2 HF16
The mail file use a DOmino 8.5 mail Template
Please let me know what else I could check...
